This is my second blog and I must say I find blogging to be a fun diversion from the real world. If you have been laid off, you might find some use out of starting a blog and expending some effort and energy.

I recommend using WordPress for all of your blogging needs. No need to write about unemployment, layoffs, or the downbeat economic news I write about on here. My other blog is all about sports! Without that counterbalancing blog, I don’t think I could keep up with writing about bleak news. That is also why I try to remain as positive as possible on here as sometimes sports news can be depressing to a lesser degree.

Keep a look out for more blogging tips and some links to other layoff bloggers. Right now I am playing around on Technorati looking for other economy and unemployment bloggers ( Technorati Profile ).
